How You Can Help
Tanzania Education Fund was established as a non-profit organization to provide the necessary funds for Nianjema Secondary School in Bagamoyo, Tanzania. 100% of all donations raised by Tanzania Education Fund goes to the school. The basic operating costs of $100,000 (teachers’ salaries, two hot meals a day for all students and staff, staff salaries, etc.) are a constant need for Nianjema

The current needs for Nianjema are:
$50 for a library subscription to National Geographic magazine
$100 for meat for one month for the whole school
$200 for one girl’s science scholarship
$500 for textbooks for one year
$600 for one year tuition for an orphan
$1500 for salaries of the two cooks

$10,000 for an industrial solar oven
$10,000 for a used school bus
$15,000 for Internet hookup
